Are there types of flower that will dry well?

For the hanging flower cloud in Bloomery’s reception area we used blue Limonium (Maine and Michigan) and white (Mount Diamond), as the flowers are fine and delicate (more than Statice). The spiky ball shaped flowers are Echinops (Blue Globe) which give contrast in shape to the wispy Limonium. The foliage used was Eucalyptus (Baby Blue) which has smaller leaves than other Eucalyptus, Pistache and Olive, however the Olive hasn’t quite dried as well as I anticipated. I also had Eryngium to use for this arrangement, but I decided against this, as I wanted the design to be soft and light, I thought with the Echinops and Eryngium it may have been too spiky.
